Established in the year 2005, in Andhra Pradesh, Sai Srinivasa Spun Pipes Industry is among the most popular Manufacturer and Supplier of RCC Spun Pipes. Under the management of our Proprietor Mr. M.N. Srinivas the company has been able to reach significant heights in the field of RCC Spun Pipes.

Infrastructure
We are well- equipped with good infrastructure for casting of the pipes. The pipes are manufactured and test of as per IS-458/2003 Standards. Furthermore, we are also backed by an extensive area of 6 Acres. Also, our manufacturing unit is equipped with latest machinery and modern technology which includes 3 Spinning units with EOT system. This has enabled us to produce an impressive amount of 250 meters / one day. We have a facility for manufacturing R.C.C.Spun pipes of sizes from 300 mm dia to 2000 mm dia both NP2, NP3 & NP4 class. Pressure & Non Pressure pipes are also available.

We have another 3 manufacturing units in various places in Andhra Pradesh.

• All quality tests are performance at regular intervals to check quality of pipes
• We have load bearing test machine, Hydrostatic Test pressure plates (Water Test), Permeability test equipment’s & also concrete lab facility are available in our Industry.

Quality Policy
For us, quality has always been the main priority and for this we follow various quality control measures :

• The pipes are made to IS 458-2003 and concrete mixing design is as per M-35 standard.
• Raw material Inspection : Raw materials such as cement, steel, metal & sand are procured from established vendors. This raw materials are Inspected before using in manufacturing of pipes.
• Concrete Cube Testing : Regularly concrete cubes will be casted and tested by cube
• After pipes casting de molding is done after 24 hours & curing of pipes period takes 7days
• Dimensions checks (i.e. pipes overall length, pipes internal diameter pipes barrel wall thickness) Dimensional tolerance as per 8.2 of IS 458-2003
• Three edge load bearing test as per IS 3597
